Hot Air System
Some systems (typically older systems) heat up air, and circulate it around a radiator circuit, rather than heat up water. The ability to identify and repair hot air systems is a basic component of the Gas Safe Register qualification, but in many cases, the engineer will have skimmed over this, and focused purely on water-fed systems.
